このような国内での実態を少しでも改善するために、「日々の食器洗い機日記」を綴って、ASKO社の60cm巾食器洗い機がどのように日々のキッチンライフを楽しく快適にしてくれるのかをお伝えしています。
またキッチンデザインの大きな課題である生ゴミ処理の方法として，筆者が永年の経験と様々な方法を試行錯誤した結果，生ゴミを「水とCO2」に分解して消滅させてくれる優れものの生ゴミ処理機シンクピアの使用実態を報告しています。

どちらの機械も決して宣伝している訳ではありません。 住宅建築設計事務所、ゼネコン、デベロッパー、ハウスメーカー、工務店の皆さんはもちろんのこと、これから新築やリフォーム計画でキッチンを考えているユーザーの皆さん、キッチン設計・施工を担当されている皆様に少しでも正しい情報をお伝えしたいと思っています。
