10月31の食器洗い機とシンクピア

早いもので10月も今日で終わり。この月の初めまでアツイアツイと言っていたのが、一気に朝晩は一段と冷え込むようになってきた。こんな日の夕食は鍋料理！タジン鍋を使ってアンコウ鍋を楽しんだ。タジン鍋の良いところは水分をあまり使わないので、濃厚な出汁と野菜のスープを楽しめる点も良い。仕上げは冷凍うどんを使ってスープを最後まで楽しめる。
ワイフは昨日のスムージーからオレンジの代わりにパイナップルを使っている。パイナップルの皮はかなり硬そうなので、シンクピアでどこまで分解できるか楽しみだ。週末にでも開けてみようと思っている。

10月30日の食器洗い機とシンクピア

昨夜も外食となったので、食器が少ない。代わりに桐の俎板やホーローのポットも合わせて洗った。どちらもすっきりと洗えて満足。

Since it has been also eating out last night, It's little dishes. I washed chopping board and also to enamel pot instead. Happy to wash and clean both.

朝と昼の食器は少なかったが、昨夜の夕食から普段の生活に戻り、食器の数も普段通りになった。

10月28日の食器洗い機

昨夜はHOTNETキッチンの友人たちが来てくれたので、深夜まで大いに盛り上がった。
大量の食器のすべては一度に洗えなかったが、2回運転してようやく終了。今朝も朝からしっかり食べたので食器は多く、1時間程度の運転で乾燥は十分でなかったが、手ふきで完了。

昨夜は久しぶりにサンマ！今年はサンマの南下がずいぶん遅かったそうだが、今はどの辺まで来てるんだろうか？ 余熱乾燥方式ではヒーター乾燥方式に比べると圧倒的に省エネだが、ガラス瓶は乾燥するが、プラ容器は水滴が残ってしまう。リンスを使えば水切りが良くなるそうだがあまり使いたくないので、この状態で布巾に広げて乾燥させている。

10月25日の食器洗い機とシンクピア

寒くなって、白菜が出回るようになると漬け物の季節。先週から漬けていた白菜キムチが美味しくできて、プラスティックの漬物容器を洗った。キムチ漬けの唐辛子が容器に染まってしまって、残念ながら完全には取れない。

10月24日の食器洗い機とシンクピア

昨夜から一気に外気温が下がって、本格的な鍋の季節が始まった。
名古屋土産に買って帰った山本屋の味噌煮込みうどんを土鍋で食べた。鶏肉の代わりに豚ロース、葱、カボチャ、白菜、茸などをたっぷり入れたほうとう鍋風の味噌煮込みに仕立て極上の味を楽しんだ。
この土鍋は30センチ近い外形の大きな鍋なので、食器洗い機の下段をかなり占有してしまう。IHは使えないのでカセットコンロを使うが、鍋底は焦げついてしまう。IHだと鍋底がこんなに焦げつかないのが魅力だ。

10月22日の食器洗い機

21日から大阪と名古屋へ出張して不在だったため、食器が少なく昨日の夜は運転しなかったそうだ。今夜はまとめて運転する。

10月21日の食器洗い機と2週間ぶりにシンクピア

インテリアフェスティバルの出展会場で即注文したハーフェレジャパンが輸入販売を始めた無煙炭火焼バーベキューグリル「LOTUS GRILL」が昨日届いたので、早速バーベキュー！
油で汚れた本体も部品も食器洗い機のおかげで綺麗に洗い上がる。
2週間ぶりにシンクピアを開けた。昨夜の夕食で使ったカボスの半切りが、ほとんどそのまま分解されないで残っている。柑橘類の皮はなかなか分解されづらいようだが、先日投入したアボカドの皮はほとんど消滅していて分からない。
