11月30日の食器洗い機とシンクピア

一昨日がビーフシチューの夕食で、昨夜はビーフカレー‥‥‥。我が家の食卓はいつもエコクッキングが基本で、シチューのあとには必ずカレーと続くのが定番だ。もっともカレー粉は30種類以上のスパイスを粉末にして火を通し、何ヶ月も寝かしたものを使うので、かなりデリケートで旨い味になる。

 昨日はJIDAエコデザイン展の搬入作業と、そのあとの打上げ会で帰宅がシンデレラタイムとなり食事をしなかったので，食器が少なく俎板も洗った。

久しぶりの連休をゆっくり過ごし、昨日は新宿御苑で紅葉を楽しんだ。ワイフは今日から再開する出版撮影の下ごしらえのため一日中キッチンに入っていたので、調理道具類がたくさん出たので鍋類は入りきらずに手洗いになった。

11月24日の食器洗い機とシンクピア

昨日は久しぶりの休日で、ランチは私のキッチン当番。やっぱり手軽なパスタ料理になってしまう。昨日のパスタはイタリア土産で買った干しポルチーニを戻し、トマトソースとからめた極上パスタ！ワイフは一日中撮影用の料理写真の下ごしらえが続く。
一週間ぶりのシンクピア点検。昨日の硬いキャベツの皮はほとんど消滅しているが、オレンジの皮が少し残っていた。

Holiday after a long time yesterday,todays lunch duty in kitchen is me. It may become handy after all pasta dishes. Pasta yesterday returns the dried porcini that I bought in Italy souvenir, best pasta that is entwined with tomato sauce! Preliminary arrangements of the dish photo of the day for photography is followed by wife.
Shinkupia inspection a week ago. Skin of cabbage hard yesterday have almost disappeared, but the orange peel was left a little.
