大晦日の山小屋は雪模様。旧型のASKO食器洗い機は前回帰る時の水抜きも上手くいった様で、快調に運転できた。
洗い上がりもピカピカで、調布で使っている新機種よりも綺麗に洗い上がっているように見える。何が違うんだろうか？

昨夜は、ふたり忘年会を代々木上原の割烹高橋で開いたので、朝食分だけしか食器がなく食器洗い機の運転はせず。
シンクピアも厨芥の量が少なかったので、分解が進んだ様子。

一段と寒さが厳しくなった昨日の夕食は、やっぱりアンコウ鍋。仕上げの雑炊がまた一段と旨い。鍋料理は使う食器の量も少ないので、みんなが幸せになれる料理だ。

昨日はワイフの取材が一日あって、調理道具や食器が満杯。とりあえず1回で洗える分だけを食器洗い機で洗った。毎日ある訳ではないが、こんな時は食器洗い機がもう一台あってもいいかななんて気になる。

昨夜はふたりでクリスマスイブのホームパーティ。料理はタジン鍋を使った味噌仕立ての牡蠣鍋。これがめっぽう旨くって純米吟醸と相性もピッタリ。
シンクピアの分解が順調に進んでいる。

12月24日の食器洗い機とシンクピア
昨夜は友人の家で開かれたホームパーティに招かれて、夜遅くに帰宅。夕食の食器はなかったがプラスティック容器をたくさん洗った。ASKO食器洗い機は、エコを重視して乾燥サイクルにヒーターを使わない65度の熱湯の余熱だけで乾燥するため、プラスティック容器は完全には乾燥しない。拭けば済む事なので、やはりエコ重視を評価するべきだと思う。
