2月28日の食器洗い機とシンクピア

2日分の食器が溜まったので、今朝の食器洗い機は満杯状態。よくまあこんなに入るなと感動すら覚える。これでも昨夜のタジン鍋や夕食に使ったボウル類は洗えなかった。

2月27日の食器洗い機とシンクピア

昨日は年末調整で経理の先生と渋谷で打合せが遅くまであったので、ふたり揃って外食。食器が少ないので食器洗い機の運転はしなかった。

2月26日の食器洗い機とシンクピア

寒い毎日が続きます。3月が近づいたというのにこの寒さは近年では珍しいですね。
こんな日はやっぱりタジン鍋。昨夜のタジン鍋は時鮭を使った石狩鍋。日曜日に作ったカツオ出汁が効いてとても美味だった。

2月25日の食器洗い機とシンクピア

昨日の休日は、ワイフが仕事で外出で食事当番を担当。仕事の合間に色々な料理にチャレンジしたため、調理道具や食器が多い。
シンクピアへの生ゴミの投入もとても多かったが、おろした鯵の頭や骨、タマネギのへたやオレンジやバナナの皮もそのまま押し込んでも、今朝確認するとほとんど消滅していた。オレンジやバナナの皮は押し込む感じだが、今朝からは細かく切り刻まないでそのまま投入。

2月24日の食器洗い機とシンクピア

昨夜は、ホームパーティを開いたので、食器が多い。ASKO食器洗い機では4人分のシャンパングラス、ホワイトワイングラス、25cmあるレッドワイングラスも他の食器や調理道具と一緒に洗えるので非常に助かる。
今朝は早朝からワイフが「塩の学校」へ出かけたのでグリーンスムージは無し。

昨日は、ワイフがレシピづくりの料理をいろいろ試作したので調理用具がいろいろ出てきた。
シンクピアは昨夜のオレンジなどが未分解状態で残っていた。

2月22日の食器洗い機とシンクピア

昨夜は、オーダーキッチングランプリの審査会に続いて、審査委員の皆さんで打ち上げ会があり、渋谷ヒカリエ7階にある「BISTRO & BAR TACOGNOCCI」で旨いワインと料理を楽しんだ。そんな訳で今朝も食器洗い機の食器が少ない。
