なんとか風邪から立ち直ったつもりだったが、夕方から喉が痛くなる。もう少し養生が必要なようで昨夜の夕食は湯豆腐と豚しゃぶ。

冬は鍋料理が続いているが、昨夜は趣を変えてstaubの鋳物ホーロ鍋を使って煮込み料理のオーブン焼き。黒い陶器の鍋やステンレス鍋と違って深みのある美しいガラス質の色は体に元気を与えてくれるのか，今朝はようやく風邪から脱出！

結局2日間も風邪で休んでしまい、三食とも家庭食だったので鍋が多い。
明日は回復できるよう今夜も早い目に休もう。

昨日は、早朝から名古屋に出張だったので外食で、食器が少なかった。
朝早くからトマトジュースとグリーンスムージの2本だてはちょっと量が多いので、トマトジュースだけに。もちろんカツオ納豆とフランスパンとベーコン野菜エッグは朝食の基本としていただきます。

数日前からの風邪が一向に治らない。今日は朝から名古屋へ出張。あれこれ薬を試してみるが、簡単には直らない様子。月末の忙しい時期なので少々焦り気味だ。

1月26日の食器洗い機とシンクピア

喉の痛みが直りきらず、栄養補給のためにアン胆を使って和風フォアグラ鍋！鮟鱇の胆は少しフライパンで炒めてから土鍋に入れます。出汁は昨日の割下を使用。この鍋もなかなかの味がします。

シンクピアは一週間ぶりの点検。先週は生ゴミの量が多かったのか蓋を開けると結構満杯状態だ。中の汚れを流すといつもの状態に戻った。

1月25日の食器洗い機とシンクピア

一昨日から少し喉がいがらっぽい。夕食には風邪を撃退するため鍋料理を続け、昨夜の夕食は久しぶりのおでん。風呂に入らず早い目に休むようにしているが、夕方から管理組合の理事会があって喋らざるを得ないのが少々つらかった。
