1月30日の食器洗い機とシンクピア

冬は鍋料理が続いているが、昨夜は趣を変えてstaubの鋳物ホーロ鍋を使って煮込み料理のオーブン焼き。黒い陶器の鍋やステンレス鍋と違って深みのある美しいガラス質の色は体に元気を与えてくれるのか，今朝はようやく風邪から脱出！
