3月31日の食器洗い機とシンクピア

昨日は昼過ぎからSJ家をお招きしてのホームパーティ。お嬢さんが現役で一橋に合格したお祝いでもあった。この一家の食欲は驚愕に値する。生ハムのあとのメインディッシュはバーベキューだったが、SJ家の5人家族（一番下はまだ4才）と我々2人で鶏肉2kg、豚肉2kg、牛肉3kg、ソーゼージ2kg、野菜類1.5kgをペロリと平らげたあと、焼きそば6人前でもちょっと足りなかった様子。勿論アルコールもしっかり飲んで、ボトル7本が空！
そんな訳で、食器洗い機に入りきらなかった食器やグラス、鍋類は手洗いに。

3月30日の食器洗い機とシンクピア

昨夜は長男の誕生日祝いのホームパーティが開かれ、次男夫婦も集まって賑やかに延々とあった。食器はもちろん、シャンペンやワインを相当飲んだので、使ったグラスも多かった。
シンクピアにはいろいろな魚の骨や厨芥が相当量出て、蓋を開けて見ると分解できなかったオレンジの皮が残っていた。

3月29日の食器洗い機とシンクピア

昨夜は、トーヨーキッチンの新製品発表会のあと、友人たちと表参道の焼き鳥屋で杯を重ねたので夕食は無し。食器も少なかったが運転はした。

3月28日の食器洗い機とシンクピア

昨夜の夕食は、ノルウェーサーモンのアラを使ったタジン鍋。やさしい味のノルウェーサーモンはなかなか旨い。食べ終わった骨をシンクピアに投入。
夕食の支度のときには何時もいないので写真を撮っていないが、昨夜は食事の後に出た鮭の骨を写真に撮った。今朝のシンクピアを見ると鮭の大きな骨も全く姿を消して分解されていることが分かる。

3月27日の食器洗い機とシンクピア

一昨日の鯛づくし夕食から、昨夜はイワシづくしの夕食。鯛も旨いがイワシもなかなか旨い。イワシの頭も骨もシンクピアが完全に分解してくれている。

3月26日の食器洗い機とシンクピア

昨日の夕食は鯛のカルパッチョと鯛の塩焼きと鯛飯の鯛づくし、旨かった。鯛の骨は硬いがシンクピアは分解してくれた。
