1月14日の食器洗い機とシンクピア

昨夜の夕食はタジン鍋を使って牡蠣の土手鍋。今朝は年に一度の健康診断なのに、チョット塩味が濃過ぎた気もするが旨かった。そのタジン鍋をいつものように洗ったが、取り出そうとしたらパカッとふたつにわれてしまった。2009年10月に購入してから4年3ヶ月も愛用してきたこのタジン鍋もついに寿命となってしまった。
アラルダイトで接着するわけにもいかないので残念ながら棄却。ただ蓋は使えるので利用法を考えてみようと思う。
