昨夜は自宅で豚のしゃぶタジン鍋、最近はイベリコ豚の産地偽装が話題になっているが、前々から何処のレストランでもイベリコ豚を看板にしているが、そんなにイベリコ豚が日本に輸入されているはずはないのにと思っていたら，その通りだった。
我が家の豚肉は銀座ハナマサで買い求めた100g88円のカナダ産豚三枚肉です。本当に旨い肉を求めるならハナマサが一番というのが私の経験です。
しゃぶ鍋の仕上げは雑炊にチーズをふりかけてリゾット風に！これがまた至福の旨さ！！
ご飯はこのところ、野田ホーローの鋳物「KAMADO」を使って炊いている。固めのご飯とおこげが旨くできるのも美味しさの秘訣のようだ。という訳で今朝も食器が多い。
