昨夜は太刀魚づくしの夕食、新鮮な魚は最高のご馳走だった。
ワイフはレシピメニューづくりでStaubの鋳物ホーロー鍋を使ったあと、なにげなくASKO食器洗い機に沢山の鍋を入れているが、このStaubだけで5kg近い重量がある。Lower Rackに並べた鍋を合計すると8kg以上の重量になる。これだけの重量を保持できるラックと軽く前後にスライドできるレール機構は他社の食器洗い機ではチョット難しい。
