日々の食器洗い機日記: 9月16日の食器洗い機とシンクピア

日本国内で主流とされているカウンター上で使う簡易式の食器洗い機や、45cm巾のビルトインタイプの食器洗い機では、食事のたびにその都度運転するという不合理で、エコにつながらない利用法がまかり通っている国内の実態を少しでも改善するために、「日々の食器洗い機日記」を綴って、ASKO社の60cm巾の食器洗い機が如何に日々のキッチンライフを改善してくれるのかをお伝えしています。
またキッチンデザインの大きな課題である生ゴミ処理の方法として，筆者が永年の経験と様々な方法を試行錯誤した結果，生ゴミを「水とCO2」に分解して消滅させてくれる優れもののシンクピアの使用実態を報告しています。
どちらの機械も決して宣伝している訳ではありません。
これから新築やリフォーム計画でキッチンを考えているユーザーの皆さん、キッチン設計・施工を担当されている皆様に少しでも正しい情報をお伝えしたいと思っています。

この三連休は仕事の関係で自宅で仕事。そのため連日三食ともに自宅、ということで昨日は手づくりミンチを使った極上の餃子！鉄鍋を使った焼餃子は博多の鉄鍋以上に旨い。おかげでワインがすすむ。食器も多くなって満杯。
