日々の食器洗い機日記: 9月15日の食器洗い機とシンクピア

日本国内で主流とされているカウンター上で使う簡易式の食器洗い機や、45cm巾のビルトインタイプの食器洗い機では、食事のたびにその都度運転するという不合理で、エコにつながらない利用法がまかり通っている国内の実態を少しでも改善するために、「日々の食器洗い機日記」を綴って、ASKO社の60cm巾の食器洗い機が如何に日々のキッチンライフを改善してくれるのかをお伝えしています。
またキッチンデザインの大きな課題である生ゴミ処理の方法として，筆者が永年の経験と様々な方法を試行錯誤した結果，生ゴミを「水とCO2」に分解して消滅させてくれる優れもののシンクピアの使用実態を報告しています。
どちらの機械も決して宣伝している訳ではありません。

夏の間はほとんど白ワインと冷酒の晩酌だったが、そろそろ秋も本格的になりつつあるという理由で，久しぶりにMedocの赤ワインを楽しんだ。食事時間も長くなり，たっぷり栄養補給ができるのも赤ワインの効能かもしれない。おかげで食器が多い。
シンクピアも一週間ぶりに中を点検。順調に厨芥が分解されているのがわかる。今日もまたご質問をいただいたが、臭いはまったくと言って良いほどほとんどしません。あえて言うなら鼻を近づけてみるとヨーグルトのような臭いがほんの少ししますが気になりません。
