12月30日の食器洗い機とシンクピア

昨夜は久しぶりに内食。Staubの鋳物ホーロー鍋を使って、サーモンとチンゲン菜とポルチーニのホワイトクリーム煮。寒い季節はホーロー鍋の出番が一気に増えてくる。食器洗い機の一番得意とする調理鍋のひとつだ。ただ国産の45cm食器洗い機や、輸入品でも洗いカゴのチャチな製品では、鋳物ホーロー鍋を入れると心もとない製品が多い。ASKOはその点造りもしっかりしているので安心して洗える。
