11月4日の食器洗い機とシンクピア

昨日はHOTNETキッチンの秋の例会「軍畑アウトドアキッチン」を紅葉の始まった奥多摩で開き参加してきた。昼間っからバーベキューやアルコールで盛り上がり、少々カロリーオーバー気味だったが、夕食はキッチンと自宅で。寒い季節は鍋に限るがタジン鍋の出番が多くなる。昨夜は白子鍋と澤の井の小澤社長からいただいた「澤の井しぼりたて」を美味しくいただいた。
