11月13日の食器洗い機とシンクピア

昨日の夕食は焼肉。寒さを感じるようになると鉄板焼きが恋しくなる。今年ミラノで開かれたEuroCucina2012の展示会でも、各社のキッチンに「TEPPAN」という名の鉄板プレートが組込まれていたのが数多く見られたが、ビルトインしてしまうと取り外しができないので手入れが大変だと思う。TEPPANの人気はドイツやイタリアでも相当高いようだ。
