11月23日の食器洗い機とシンクピア

二十四節気の「小雪（しょうせつ）」が昨日で、これから「大雪（たいせつ）」にあたる12月7日ころまでが雪の降り始める季節だそうで、日中の日差しも弱くなって寒さが身にしみる時期となる。昨夜はタジン鍋を使ったアンコウ鍋。いろんな鍋の材料があるが「アンコウ」に勝るものはなかなかないようだ。
