6月8日の食器洗い機とシンクピアの一週間点検

夕食はさやえんどうの豆ご飯と鯛の昆布締め。ワイフが久しぶりに野田ホーローの鋳物鍋「かまど」でご飯を炊いた。最近の高性能電気炊飯器、陶器の炊飯鍋、鋳物の炊飯鍋、どれをとっても旨く炊けるので甲乙つけがたい。
山椒の下茹でをしたり鍋も沢山使ったので、食器洗い機に入りきらず一部は手洗いに。
シンクピアは一週間点検。昨日の朝のオレンジの皮の一部がまだ未分解だったが、その他は繊維質や種など以外ほとんどが分解されてる。
