12月1日の食器洗い機とシンクピア

昨日はJIDAエコデザイン展のオープニングパーティと二次会を代々木上原「初代割烹・高橋」で堪能したため夕食はなく、食器が少ない。シチューとカレーに使ったstaubのオーバル鍋は、使い勝手も良く圧倒的な存在感がある鋳物ホーロー鍋だ。
シンクピアは一週間ぶりに中の点検。前半は料理撮影が続いたため大量の厨芥が出たそうだが、しっかり分解してくれている。
