5月18日の食器洗い機とシンクピアの一週間点検

昨夜の夕食は、豚と野菜の中華風お総菜と鮎の塩焼き。鮎はもちろん養殖物だが、この時期は旨い。
鮎の頭や骨もシンクピアに入れて今朝の一週間点検。先日の鰺の骨や頭、昨日の鮎の頭や骨などはすべて跡形も無く分解されている。昨日の朝のオレンジの皮はまだ未分解の状態。柑橘類の皮と繊維質の分解は少し時間がかかるようだが、これだけ分解してくれる生ゴミ処理の方法は未だに見当たらない。一番の優れものといえる。
