昨夜は、ヨーロッパで人気の高い鉄板焼きを楽しんだ。アメリカ人はバーベキューが好きで、ヨーロッパの知人でバーベキューを楽しむ人も多いが、ヨーロッパでは鉄板でステーキや野菜を焼くことがヘルシーで美味しいと言う人が多いように思う。
