昨夜は次男が夕食にやってきて、年末にいただいた青森の地鶏を使って鍋料理を楽しんだ。濃厚なスープと仕上げの雑炊が極上の味になった。

シンクピアは、オレンジの皮の分解には少し時間がかかったが、みかんの皮程度だと翌朝にはすっかり姿が消えている。
Second son came to dinner last night and I enjoyed the cooking pot with the chicken I got at the end of year from aomori. Congee soup and finish rich has become the finest taste.
