鋳物の鉄鍋を使うのでこれも食器洗い機で洗った。食器洗い機で洗うと脂っ気が完全無くなるので油をしいて保管する。
シンクピアは一週間点検。今週は鯛にサンマに鮎と毎日のように魚料理だったが、魚の骨は完全に分解されて消滅している。素晴らしい性能だ。
