7月5日の食器洗い機とシンクピア

一昨日の夜スイッチを入れ忘れていたので、昨夜は2日分の食器を洗った。金モール付きの紅茶カップは食器洗い機では洗わず手洗い。
先日は、SousVideのアルミ製蓋をステンレスだと勘違いして食器洗い機で洗ってしまって大失敗をした。新品の蓋が黒ずんでしまって見るも無惨な状態に‥‥。食器洗い機はなくてはならない便利な道具だが、このように金を焼き付けた食器やグラス、そして漆器やアルミ鍋などは食器洗い機で洗うことは厳禁だ。
