 先週末から、今週にかけて外食が少なく自宅で夕食。クライアントや友人たちとの外食はどうしても食べる量もアルコールの量も多くなりがちなので、体重を元に戻すのに苦労する。家庭食が健康にも一番いいことは実感できる。
