昨夜は渋谷のマンション管理組合の理事会があり、最終段階にまできた大規模修繕工事の進捗報告と、1階店舗がDMR（DanceMusicRecord)から新しいテナントに変わる具体的内容への要望などが話し合われた。ビルの活性化のためにも魅力あるテナントが入ってくれることを願っている。
