3月9日の食器洗い機とシンクピアの一週間点検

夕食は大好物のパンチェッタドリア。Staubのオーバル鍋たっぷりのドリアをふたりで食べてしまうのだから、ちょっと食べ過ぎかも。
オーブンで焼いたドリアのチーズは焼き付いてしまうが、シンクで浸け置いて汚れを落としてから食器洗い機に入れる。そうすれば完全に洗い上げることができる。
シンクピアは一週間ぶりに点検掃除。卵の殻や牡蠣の殻などすべての厨芥がシンクピアで分解できる訳ではないが、キッチンから出るほとんどの生ゴミはこのように分解され消滅する。
