3月16日の食器洗い機とシンクピアの一週間点検

昨夜のパエリアパンはドイツGASTROの鉄製パンを使ったが、食器洗い機で洗うと油っ気がまったく無くなって錆が出るので、手洗いをしてから油を軽く引いておく。
一週間ぶりのシンクピア点検。オレンジの皮が少し残っているが、他の厨芥はほとんど分解されている。昨日のパエリアで使ったエビはそのまま捨ててしまうのは勿体ないので、今朝スープを取り、昼食のうどん出汁に利用した。点検後に大エビ5匹分の殻や頭をシンクピアに入れたので、明日の朝に分解具合を確かめてみようと思う。
