4月30日の食器洗い機とシンクピア

久しぶりの自宅夕食は、大好物の小エビのかき揚げと鯵フライ。
例によって三枚におろした鯵の頭や骨がシンクピアの中で分解され、今朝は姿を全く消している。昨日の朝のスムージーにはオレンジの代わりにリンゴを使ったので、オレンジの皮はほとんど姿を消している。

昨夜は次男カップルたちと渋谷で夕食会を楽しんだので、食器は少ないが運転した。

4月28日の食器洗い機とシンクピア

昨日は、ツナシマキッチンセミナーが2時過ぎに終わり、稲庭うどんのランチのあとワイフは帰宅し、私は渋谷の事務所に戻って仕事。夕食は久しぶりに家庭食。やっぱり家で食べる飯が一番旨い！
とんかつの夕食で31cmの大皿を使ったが、一枚程度だとかろうじてMiddle rackをセットしたままでも洗うことができる。
シンクピアは、はじめてシンクピアに押し込む前のスムージを作るのに出たバナナの皮、オレンジの皮、青菜の芯を一緒に重量を計ってみた。今朝は1.7kgだった。

4月27日の食器洗い機とシンクピア

昨夜は打合せが長引いて、遅い夕食を自宅でとった。
シンクピアは魚の骨やアラ、野菜屑、果物屑などは翌日に残らないくらい分解が進むが、オレンジや夏みかんなどの柑橘類の皮の分解には少し時間がかかるようだ。3日経てばそれもほとんど姿を消している。

4月26日の食器洗い機とシンクピア

昨日は、7時過ぎまでツナシマキッチンセミナーで盛り上がったので、ワイフと2人で旨い寿司の外食。そのためふたりの朝食とワイフの昼食の食器だけしかなく、少なかったが運転。
昨日の朝、新キャベツの硬い皮をシンクピアにたっぷり押し込んだが、今朝確認したらキャベツの葉の痕跡もまったく残っていない。

4月25日の食器洗い機とシンクピア

一昨日は大阪出張、昨夜は東京ミッドタウンのパーティのあと、次男カップルと夕食会を持ったので、外食が続いて2日分の食器を洗った。
スムージにはキャベツとバナナとオレンジを使ったが、新キャベツの外の硬い皮は使わず、シンクピアに押し込めないので蓋を開けて、満杯になるほど突っ込んだ。明日の朝はどうなっているだろうか？
