Yesterday I used the bamboo shoots of the season that had delivered from cousin Hayama was a "bamboo shoots all plates", but came home with a trace eating out of the meeting which was in the evening is 11:00 too. It has become a midnight snack, but I had little by little bamboo shoots plates to toast with wine. Freshly dug bamboo shoot is good after all!
