7月20日の食器洗い機とシンクピア

ユーザー向けキッチンセミナーのあとは、ふたりとも体力を消耗してしまってまっすぐ帰宅。調布の魚屋で新鮮な鰺と豆鰺が売られていたので、夕食は鰺の刺身と鰺フライと豆鰺の南蛮漬け。
夕食の支度で出た生ゴミをショットする機会がなかなかないが、昨夜は揚げ物を手伝ったので鰺の頭や骨、タマネギの皮などたっぷりの厨芥の写真を撮ることができた。
