10月24日の食器洗い機とシンクピア

昨夜は今週初めて夕食を自宅で楽しんだ。2009年からちょうど４年間使ってきたタジン鍋にクラックが入り始め、昨夜から新しく買ったタジン鍋を使い始めた。
Lサイズの32cm径は食器洗い機にもギリギリで入る大きさで、今までのMサイズ25cmと比べると少し大きい目だが、やっぱり鍋料理は大きい鍋で豪快に食べるのが一番旨いと思う。

食器がやはり少ない。

今週はまだ一度も自宅で夕食をとっていない。今夜も調布市との打合せが9時過ぎまで続いて外食。食器が満タンにならないので俎板やポットにシリコンボウルなども合わせて洗っている。

10月21日の食器洗い機とシンクピア

昨日は夕方から渋谷のマンション管理組合の総会が開かれ、そのあと「龍の髭」で慰労懇親の夕食会を開き、ハードな総会討議のあとだったので7人で生ビール以外に紹興酒を8本も空にしてしまうほど飲んだ。
おかげで帰宅はシンデレラタイムを大幅にオーバー。ワイフも昼前から友達とサントリーホールで開かれたピアノコンサートに出かけていたので、二人とも外食で食器は朝食分だけで少ない。
シンクピアの排水目皿の色がブルーではやっぱり気になるので、黄色のタイプをハンズで購入。三栄水栓のQucca(キュッカ）キッチンバスケット1,470円。
これでも，良い色の組み合わせとは思えないが‥。

昨日はツナシマ・キッチンセミナーのあと、ランチは外食、夕食は自宅で鯛の大根煮を堪能し満足！

和の食材は，和の調理法が一番向いていると思う。

シンクピアは夕食で出た鯛の骨やあらをしっかり分解してくれたのがよく分かる！

After Tsunashima Kitchen seminars, lunch eating out, dinner is happy to thoroughly enjoy boiled radish of sea bream at home yesterday!
I think the ingredients of the sum, recipe of the sum is facing the most.

昨日はキッチン塾のあと、講師と受講生の方達で軽く夕食会を開いたので外食。日中、来客があったりして食器はそれなり多かった。

10月18日の食器洗い機とシンクピア

昨夜は頂いた魚の昆布締めを堪能しました。白身の魚は刺身も旨いですが、昆布締めにするとより一層美味しく楽しめます。
魚の骨は出汁を取ってすまし汁で頂きました。残った骨はそのままシンクピアへ。昨夜投入した魚の骨は今朝確認してみると見事に分解されてあとかたも残っていません。

We enjoy the kelp tightening of fish who had last night. White fish is also delicious sashimi, but we can enjoy even more delicious if kelp tighten.

I received in the clear soup to take the soup bones of fish. Bone remaining to Sinkpia as it is. Trace is also not left to be broken down beautifully when I checked this morning fish bones was charged last night.
