 昨夜は、ストウブのブレイザーパンを使ったトマトと茄子と三枚肉の煮込み料理。鋳物ホーロー鍋が煮物に最適だと言うのは知っていたが、深みのある濃厚な味わいのシチューが1時間足らずででき上がってしまうことは驚異でもある。

昨日届いたStaubの新製品「ブレイザーソテーパン」を使う前に食器洗い機で洗った。今までの男性的なデザインから、柔らかい曲線の女性的なデザインになり、蓋の裏のシステラドロップと呼ぶ突起が、鍋の内部でまんべんなく蒸気を循環させてくれる優れものです。

9月28日の食器洗い機とシンクピアの一週間点検

昨夜はサンマの塩焼き！出始めの頃は一尾が700〜800円とべらぼうに高かったサンマも、このところずいぶん値下がりしているそうで、やはり一尾が100〜150円程度なのを庶民の味と呼ぶのだと思う。
シンクピアの一週間点検。昨夜のサンマも柚子も綺麗に分解されている。

昨夜は友人たちとの夕食会があったのと、ワイフも料理講習会の準備でデコピックへ出かけていたようなので朝食の食器だけだったため、食器が少ない。
昨日のMiele新製品発表会でお土産に頂いたルクルーゼのストーンウェア（炻器）ミニココットも一緒に洗った。

Because it was the only breakfast dishes, tableware and less there was a dinner with friends, wife because　went to Decopic in preparation for cooking seminar yesterday.
I washed together Mini Cocotte of LeCreuset stoneware that I received a souvenir Miele new product launches of yesterday .

9月24日の食器洗い機とシンクピア

昨夜は、韓国風のビビンバ鍋。石焼鍋を使うのが本当だがIHでは使えないので、鐵鋳物のすき焼鍋を使ってビビンバ。ビビンバはナムルをはじめとするたっぷりの具材が味を左右するが，熱い鉄鍋でできるお焦げご飯が格別に旨い。
この鍋は食器洗い機で洗うと油分が完全に洗い落とされてしまうので、手洗いにする。
