5月25日の食器洗い機とシンクピア

昨夜は、トーヨーキッチン「妖しのインテリア」展のあと、名古屋のHMさん、静岡のMZさん、渋谷のHDさんの4人で表参道のそば屋「古道」で旨い料理や蕎麦を肴に夕食会だったので外食で食器が少ない。今週はほとんど毎日外食だったので体重計に乗るのが怖い。

昨日の朝のキャベツのへたはかなり固くて大きかったので、今朝はまだ分解しきれなかった様子。朝食がバナナとオレンジとほうれん草のスムージーとベーコンキャベツだったので、キャベツの皮の一枚目が沢山出た。計って見ると今朝の生ゴミは332gで、シンクピアの一日の処理能力がおよそ1Kgなので、この3倍くらいの厨芥までは処理できる目安だ。
4月にビッグサイトであった食品展示会に出展したシンクピアが5月20日のNHK WORLDで紹介されていた。ようやく本格的な認知が始まったようで嬉しい話題だ。
