昨夜は一週間ぶりに私の食事当番で、熱さを吹き飛ばす餃子にしました。ミンチはコマ
肉を買ってきて、包丁でたたいて手づくりミンチにします。この手づくりミンチを使った餃子は極上の味になります。40個作ってふたりでぺろりと平らげました。
