3月7日の食器洗い機とシンクピア

昨夜は牡蠣鍋。大きな牡蠣の身を味噌仕立てのタジン鍋で食べると最高に旨い。最後の仕上げは牡蠣雑炊、これも究極の美味。
という訳で、食器はそれなりに多い。一週間くらい前から食器洗い機で塗り箸を洗うことをやめたので、カトラリーラックは使わずスプーンなどはミドルラックに並べて洗うようにしている。鍋類が沢山入るのでこのほうが使い勝手が良いようだ。
