8月3日の食器洗い機とシンクピア

昨日は仕事を終えてから久しぶりに銀座「ハナマサ」へ肉の仕入れに行った。豚三枚肉、豚ロース、ハチノス、牛肩肉など8kgを超える買い物。
夕食は三枚肉をミンチにして久しぶりのコロッケ。岐阜の従兄から届けてもらったジャガイモやタマネギが、最高に旨いコロッケの基本。
そんな訳で食器や調理道具が多い。
