8月25日の食器洗い機とシンクピア

昨日はツナシマキッチンセミナーのあと、新しく輸入販売を開始するイタリア・ベルタゾーニ社のガスオーブンのプレゼンテーション方法について打合せがあったため、夕食は軽めに。食器が少ないので俎板も洗った。
シンクピアは一週間ぶりに蓋を開けて，中の掃除。昨日の朝と夕食のあとにグレープフレーツを食べた時の皮が未消化で残っていた。柑橘系の皮の消化は時間がかかるようだ。
