10月8日の食器洗い機と25日ぶりにシンクピアを開ける

昨夜はKDCMの合宿からの戻りが遅くなって、中途半端な夕食となってしまった。
久しぶりに山小屋に設置しているASKO食器洗い機の旧型を使ったが、ミドルラックがあるかないかで、庫内の収納量に格段の差があることが分かった。
9月13日から25日ぶりにシンクピアを開けてみた。投入蓋の裏側がだいぶ汚れている。また金属ブラシの破片が裏の突起に引っかかっている。シンクピアの内部はこんな状態で、オレンジの皮、ベイリーフの葉、タマネギの表皮、葱の繊維質、カボチャの種などがまだ分解されずに残っている。それでも毎日1kg近い生ゴミを分解し続けているパワーはスゴいと思う。
