10月5日の食器洗い機とシンクピア

今週初めての自宅での夕食。久しぶりに食器洗い機がほぼ満杯になった。
明日からKDCMキッチン研究会の合宿が開かれる準備に、ひと月塩漬けしてあった豚三枚肉の塩抜きを始めた。ベイリーフやローズマリーなどのハーブ類はそのままシンクピアに投入。固い葉なのでシンクピアにとっては少々苦手な生ゴミだ。

Dinner at home for the first time this week. Dishwasher was nearly full for the first time in a long time.
To prepare a kitchen study group KDCM camp is opened from tomorrow.
I started pork meat without salt had been salted 1 month. Herbs such as rosemary and bayleaf is directly introduced into the Sinkpia. It's garbage for Sinkpia is not good because it leaves a little stiff.
