9月14日の食器洗い機とシンクピア

夕食はFisllerの圧力鍋を使ったポーク＆ベジタブルの煮込み。とろりと柔らかくなった三枚肉は極上の美味しさだ。その圧力鍋は食器洗い機で洗う時は圧力弁の部分を分解して取り外してから洗う。先日のメンテナンスで圧力弁の中に煮込んだ時の豆の滓などが詰まっていたようなので、毎回洗うことにする。
