9月13日の食器洗い機と一週間ぶりにシンクピアを開ける

夕食は野菜の天ぷらと鯵フライのおかず。揚げ物はAEGの丸底中華鍋が定番となって、とても上手に揚がる。日本のIHメーカーも、変なデザインで使いたくないなく置いておきたくもない揚げ物専用鍋など作らずに、こんなにユニークな発想と美しいデザインの揚げ物鍋を作ってもらいたいものだ。
シンクピアは9月6日からちょうど一週間経過したので開けてみた。ふたを開けずに毎日出る厨芥を押し込んでいるだけだが、状態はこんな具合。毎日ほとんど1kg近い量の生ゴミがこれだけ分解されているというのは驚きだ。
もちろん昨日鯵フライ用にさばいた鯵の頭も骨も跡形もなくなっている。
