1月14日の食器洗い機とシンクピア

今週は自宅で夕食が多く、食器や調理道具の量が多い。
今日のジャパンホームショーにシンクピアの新製品プロトタイプが出展されていた。色々改善されて性能アップが期待されるので、来年いつ頃の発売になるのか楽しみだ。

11月13日の食器洗い機とシンクピア

昨日の夕食は焼肉。寒さを感じるようになると鉄板焼きが恋しくなる。今年ミラノで開かれたEuroCucina2012の展示会でも、各社のキッチンに「TEPPAN」という名の鉄板プレートが組込まれていたのが数多く見られたが、ビルトインしてしまうと取り外しができないので手入れが大変だと思う。TEPPANの人気はドイツやイタリアでも相当高いようだ。

11月12日の食器洗い機とシンクピア

久しぶりの日曜日は自宅で一日中図面描きの仕事だったため、食事は三食とも自宅。一日降り続いた雨の日で夕食はタジン鍋。濃厚な鍋料理にはタジン鍋が欠かせない。

11月11日の食器洗い機とシンクピア

昨日は、渋谷のマンション管理組合の総会があり、そのあと懇親会があったため外食。連日の外食で今週は食器が少なかった。

11月10日の食器洗い機とシンクピア

昨日は、ワイフが朝学校の打合せで朝から出かけたため、久しぶりの夕食だったが食器の量は少ない。
シンクピアを久しぶりに開けてみた。昨日の朝投入したオレンジの皮が未消化だが、全体としては問題なく完全に分解している。

11月9日の食器洗い機とシンクピア

昨夜はJIDAのエコデザイン展の打合せのため遅くなることが分かっていたので、会議の前に六本木交差点の「みのち庵」で冷たいとろろ蕎麦を食べた。
昼間自宅に来客があったそうで、食器は多くなっている。

11月8日の食器洗い機とシンクピア

昨夜はル・コルドンブルーのパン教室が9時過ぎまであったので、事前に夕食を済ませた。焼き上げたパンを自宅に持ち帰って、ワインを飲みながら味わった。なかなか旨いパンに焼き上がった。そんな訳で食器は少ない。
