昨日はOZONEの住まいづくりセミナーがあり、昼食は外食だったが、日曜日ということもあって、久しぶりに魚をおろして刺身のご馳走。寒くなって日本酒が上手くなる季節は冷や酒と刺身が絶妙な組み合わせとなる。日本人に生まれて幸せなひととき。食器も多くなった。

昨日はHOTNETキッチンの秋の例会「軍畑アウトドアキッチン」を紅葉の始まった奥多摩で開き参加してきた。昼間っからバーベキューやアルコールで盛り上がり、少々カロリーオーバー気味だったが、夕食はキッチンと自宅で。寒い季節は鍋に限るがタジン鍋の出番が多くなる。昨夜は白子鍋と澤の井の小澤社長からいただいた「澤の井しぼりたて」を美味しくいただいた。

昨夜は、CERAのショールーム リニューアル・パーティのあと友人と六本木の焼き鳥屋「備長八」でうまい焼き鳥を堪能したので夕食はなく、食器が少ない。スペースがあったので水切りカゴのカゴを一緒に洗った。

ELLE DECO DESIGN AWARDの授賞式の後、友人ふたりと渋谷宮益坂の「KI・CHI・RI」で遅い目の夕食。今朝は食器が少ない。
二日続きでパイナップルの皮や芯をシンクピアに投入したので、分解具合が気になって開けてみた。パイナップルの皮や芯は見事に分解されている。蓋の裏には金属たわしの破片がくっついている。芯棒に絡まっている繊維質を取り除いて再度蓋を閉める。
