6月1日の食器洗い機とシンクピア

昨日はワイフに雑誌の取材があったそうで、夏らしいガラスの食器を沢山使ったようだ。ブログにも書いたように昨日は初物の水なすのぬか漬けをつきだしに、ハナマサで仕入れてきたロース肉のトンカツなど盛りだくさんのご馳走だったので食器が多い。
一週間ぶりに蓋を開けたシンクピアの様子。今週は内食が多くそれも鰺，鯖，かますなどいろんな魚のご馳走だったが、その骨や頭などが完全に分解されて消えてしまっている。残っているのは小骨や野菜や果物の繊維質くらいでほとんど気にならないし、臭いもしない。
