昨夜はブリのあぶり刺身と、野菜の手巻き蕎麦クレープ。久しぶりの蕎麦クレープがなかなか旨かった。

昨夜は、一昨日のビーフシチューの連続版でビーフカレーの夕食。我が家ではシチューの次の日はカレーというのが定番だ。
2日たったシチューはカレーにすると極上の味に変身してくれる。ご馳走さまでした！

9月21日の食器洗い機とシンクピアの一週間点検

昨日は久しぶりに食事担当で、夕食にはビーフシチューを作った。普通はデミグラソースを加えて濃厚なシチューを基本とするが、私の作ったのは端麗で上品な透明感のあるビーフシチュー。これが本当に旨かった。
シンクピアは一週間点検日。2日前のサンマの骨や頭も見事に完全分解されている。

9月20日の食器洗い機とシンクピア

昨夜は頂いた野菜の煮浸しやサンマの塩焼きなど。三日ぶりに食器洗い機が満タンに。
シンクピアは朝のスムージーづくりの果物と野菜の画像しか上げていなかったので、久しぶりに夕食で出たサンマの頭と骨の投入画像を加えました。
明日はシンクピアの一週間点検なので、サンマの頭や柚子がどう分解されたか楽しみです。

昨日は二人でツナシマキッチンセミナーとStaubの新製品発表会に参加してきたために、朝食だけしか自宅で食べなかった。食器洗い機がガラ空きなので水切りカゴを一緒に洗った。

昨夜はJIDAの会議が夜遅くまであったので外食。そのため食器が少なかったので、水切りカゴのステンレスバットを洗った。これだけの大きさがあってもLower Rackの手前に立てればきちんと洗うことができる。

Eating out because there were late night meeting of JIDA last night. Tableware was so small for that, I washed the bat of stainless dish drainer. It is possible to wash properly if stand in front of the Lower Rack even with this big size.
