9月14日の食器洗い機庫内の掃除とシンクピアの一週間点検

 昨日は、久しぶりにトンカツ！ハナマサのカナダポークロースと手づくりパン粉で作る豚カツは最高に旨い。野田ホーローの「かまど」で炊くご飯も最高の旨さ。
食器や調理道具で食器洗い機が満杯に！
写真を撮ったあと、久しぶりに庫内とフィルターの掃除をおこなった。ドメストを使って庫内や扉裏などをブラッシングし、4分間の予洗コースで洗ったら、かなり泡立ってしまった。そこで1時間15分のショートコースで運転したら、庫内がすっきり綺麗になり、フィルターのトラップ内も汚れが取れて満足。

シンクピアも一週間点検。昨夜の料理で出た人参の大きなヘタ、朝食の小松菜の根っこ、バナナのヘタなどが分解されずに残っていた。

昨日は、ふたり揃って外食だったので、朝食分の食器だけで少なく、食器洗い機の運転はパス。
今朝は朝が早かったので、軽めの朝食でスムージーは無し。

9月10日の食器洗い機とシンクピア

昨夜はバーミキュラの鋳物ホーロー鍋を使った煮込み料理。無水鍋として使えるので短時間加熱で調理できるエコクッキングが実践できる。
何度も書いているが鋳物ホーロー鍋の重量をスライドバスケットでスムーズに出し入れできる性能の食器洗い機はASKOが一番だ。他のメーカーの食器洗い機は重量のある鍋を入れたり、満杯になった食器の出し入れでバスケットがレールから外れてしまうものも多いので要注意だ。とにかくショールームで空のバスケットを出し入れしただけでは性能確認ができないので、このようなテストができる商品を選ぶことが大切だ。

昨日は岐阜へ出張のあと、帰りの新幹線で駅弁夕食をすませてしまったので、自宅夕食はなく食器が少ない。

昨夜は久しぶりにローストビーフと秋田の銘酒「出羽桜・純米大吟醸」の組合せ。やっぱり牛肉は旨いし、冷やの純米大吟醸もまた旨し。
