10年近く使ってきたフィスラーの圧力鍋が、蒸気漏れを起こすようになったので修理に出したら、ピカピカに磨かれてもどってきた。「修理点検内容」の書類には、圧力調整装置内に汚れが付着しており、正常に圧力がかかりませんでした。吹きこぼれた際はその都度、また定期的に分解掃除をしてくださいと書かれていた。
ワイフ愛用の圧力鍋なので、理由がはっきりしてとても良かった。
夕食のおかずは昨夜もサンマで、食べ終わった骨や頭はそのままシンクピアへ。しばらくふたを開けないようにしているので分解状態は分からない。

9月6日の食器洗い機とシンクピア

食器洗い機で、油でべたべた状態の油漉しのポットとフィルターを洗った。すっかり綺麗に洗い上がって新品のようになるのは食器洗い機の優れた点のひとつと言える。
5月20日からベランダ設置で使っていたキッチンマジックも、夏の間はほとんど休業状態となって、ひと月以上前から生ゴミ処理はシンクピアだけに絞って使ってきた。
毎日、ストレーナーのふたを開けて中の様子をレポートしてきたが、このブログを見ておられる方から、毎日開ける必要のないものを開けるのはおかしいのでは？という質問をいただいた。そこで今日からしばらくの間は、毎日どんな生ゴミを投入したかを記録するだけで、ふたを開けて中をのぞくことは止めておくことにします。

食器洗い機は、毎夜何事もなかったように働いてくれる。電気料金が今月から値上げになったようだが、深夜電力料金はどのようになったんだろうか？ほとんど理解できないまま値上げになるのは、どう考えても腑に落ちない。
夕食がサンマだったので、頭や骨をそのままシンクピアに投入したが、今朝確認したら完全に消滅している。むしろ朝に出たグレープフルーツの皮やサンマに添えた柚子の実が分解しきれないで残っていた。塊のまま投入するのはさけた方が良いかもしれない。

9月4日の食器洗い機とシンクピア

通常のフッ素樹脂加工では必要不可欠なPFOAを一切使用せずに加工する技術を世界で初めて製品化したデンマークSCANPANのフライパンを食器洗い機で洗ってみた。普通のテフロン加工は、食器洗い機で洗うと洗いすぎてしまって、脂っ気が全くなくなってしまうので極力食器洗い機では洗わないようにしているが、このフッ素樹脂加工はかなり優れものでビクともしない。

昨日は一日分の食器や調理道具でちょうど一杯になった。
シンクピアは昨夜も投入したグレープフルーツの皮が未分解状態だった。

9月2日の食器洗い機とシンクピア

昨日は久しぶりに我が家で夕食。一昨日は運転しなかったので二日分が溜まって食器洗い機は満杯状態。

昨夜から岐阜に出張しているため、食器洗い機の画像はない。
帰宅してから昨日は運転しなかった食器洗い機の写真を撮った。
シンクピアも昨日の朝のスムージに使った果物や野菜の屑の画像のみです。
