5月31日の食器洗い機とシンクピア

久しぶりに自宅で夕食。昨夜は生ハムのサラダとカレイの中華風唐揚げ餡かけ。ミラノ土産の生ハムも大分残り少なくなってきたそうだ。
日本のデパ地下で手に入るパルマの生ハム・プロシュートは100g1,000円以上の値段がついていてとても手が出ないが、ミラノの街中の生ハム屋では半値以下の手軽な値段で手に入れることができる。もう少し身近に生ハムが楽しめる時代はいつ来るのだろうか？

早朝からワイフは調布市公民館で開かれた国際交流協会の料理教室に出かけたので、ひとり朝食。いつものグリーンスムージーはなくトマトジュースだけ。

夕食は、久しぶりにカレーライス。4月のミラノツアーのお土産「パルマの生ハム」をサラダに添えて。生ハムの旨さは日本で売られているものと各段に差があるのはどうしてだろうか？

昨夜は小生が夕食当番を担当し、先日から懸案になっている鶏の照焼きにチャレンジした。結果はフライパンで作ったためにタレが焦げ付いてしまったのと、タレの味に奥行きが無く再度挑戦を余儀なくされた結果となった。

夕食はメイタカレイの唐揚げに中華風餡かけ。頭や骨はシンクピアに流して、今朝の一週間点検で開けてみたが跡形も無く分解済み。
