3月31日の食器洗い機とシンクピア

日曜日も一日自宅で仕事。ランチも夕食もワイフの担当になった。ランチは野菜とベーコンのパスタ。夕食は餃子。パスタを茹でた寸胴鍋と餃子を焼いたホットプレートは食器洗い機に入らず手洗いになった。

3月30日の食器洗い機とシンクピアの一週間点検

昨夜は久しぶりに自宅で夕食。メニューは定番のトンカツ、冷凍保存している豚ロース肉を解凍して揚げる我が家のトンカツは極上の旨さが堪能できる。
食器が多かったのでAEGのWOKパンは手洗いになった。

シンクピアも恒例の一週間点検。この機械の生ゴミ処理能力に驚かされ、家庭用キッチン市場でもっと受け入れられるべきだと思うのだが、シンクピア自身業務用市場に力が入っていて、家庭用販売にイマイチ気合いが入っていないのが残念だ。

昨夜は、ワイフと一緒に長男の42歳誕生日前夜祭を八丁堀のパブ・MARUで開き、その後も深夜までハシゴしたために外食で、食器が少なかった。水切りカゴも一緒に洗った。

昨夜はトヨウラのMZ先輩と夕食会があり、美味しい和食をご馳走になった。食器は少ないが運転は済ませた。

昨日はワイフの出版関係のお客様が来られて昼食会を開いたそうで、食器が多い。昼間からシャンペンも開けたそうでグラスも多い。

昨夜はオーダーキッチングランプリの審査会のあとのお疲れさん会があったので外食。ワイフはいろいろ料理試作をしていたそうで、食器はその割に多かった。
